After graduating from Waseda University in 2008, he joined Goldman Sachs as a new graduate and worked at the Tokyo and Hong Kong offices. He then worked in Hong Kong for Mitsubishi UFJ Bank and a family office of a conglomerate. He also participated in the launch of Everest Ventures Group, a venture studio specializing in fintech, and moved back to Japan in 2020, where he was in charge of fintech promotion at the Financial Services Agency. He is a co-founder of early stage VC called Decima Fund and also work at Digital Agency.
