Business growth in financial services using Design Driven® - Using design for AI products, CX improvement, and marketing growth powered by FAKEpowered by FAKE

At a time when the financial services industry, including AI, is seeking a new future, there is a growing need for design-driven® methods that define the ideal state through rapid prototyping and user interviews. Even in the financial industry, which has many related departments, the speed of decision-making can be dramatically improved through the creation of prototypes. In addition, even in situations where there are many constraints and the user experience tends to be complex, it is possible to understand user needs and provide an easy-to-understand experience by incorporating user interviews.
In this seminar, we will introduce how to use Design Driven® using three case studies: exploring AI products, improving CX to improve NPS, and marketing growth.
