Alex Dalyac is the co-founder and CEO of Tractable, which develops artificial intelligence for accident and disaster recovery. Currently, the company focuses on using AI to predict the cost to repair a vehicle, based on photos of the damage. Working with the largest insurers across Europe, America and Asia, the solution has accelerated accident recovery for 100,000s of households. Prior to Tractable, Alex performed research at Imperial College London, where he led the Computing department’s first industrial application of deep learning. Alex has also been named by Forbes in its Europe 30 Under 30 for Technology and by the FT as one of the UK’s top 100 entrepreneurs.

Konstantin is a serial entrepreneur, investor, and advisor. He started his career at Deutsche Telekom with a focus on network strategy and innovative commercial models across cell-networks. His curiosity about new digital monetization and payment processes let him to a stint at Nokia, before he became an entrepreneur successfully building out SaaS/marketplace platforms (Audiotube, Lookbooks, Wiredrive), with his last successful exit in 2017. He has been active in the blockchain ecosystem as an advisor and contributor since 2015, with entities like Gem, Po.et, MadHive, before creating Blockdaemon towards the end of 2017 to bring institutional grade infrastructure to the blockchain protocols, crypto native and traditional financial institutions.

In 2021, wefox successfully closed $650m which was a world-record series C investment round for an insurtech and gave the company a post-money valuation of $3bn. Fabian is a former investment banker with a strong track record as a founder, angel investor and mentor of successful start-ups. Fabi oversees the financial strategy for wefox and leads the company’s strategic investment initiatives and major funding rounds, including equity fund raising, debt raise and M&A activities. Fabi has raised more than €300m to date and completed several M&A transactions. Prior to joining wefox, Fabi was an investment banker at Deutsche Bank where he was involved with large-scale financial transactions, including the €4.5 billion sales of Actavis to Watson Pharmaceuticals; the €1.1 billion leveraged buy-out of Mediq by Advent International; and €1 billion sale of Four Seasons Healthcare to Terra Firma. Fabi graduated with a Masters in Finance from ESADE Business School and holds a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration and Economics from the University of Passau.
